A former Japanese colonial era police garrison located in the mountains of Taoyuan. Previously it was accessed along hiking trails via Gaoyi Suspension Bridge (高義吊橋) but more recently it seems a descent from Yunwu Farm (雲霧農場) and Xuewunao (雪霧鬧) to the north is a more common route. There also seems to be some confusion about the name of the garrison as many accounts describe it as K’wilan or Gaoyilan Police Garrison (高義蘭駐在所), which might have actually been located on the opposite bank of the same river.
