A presidential guesthouse established in 1974 within the Veterans Affairs Council’s Chiayi Farm (嘉義農場), reportedly the only one situated beside a reservoir. The 40-hectare farm was founded around 1951 to settle veterans in agriculture but pivoted to tourism after Zengwen Reservoir (曾文水庫) was completed next door in 1973. The farm has been in decline since suffering typhoon damage in the late 2000s and the grounds appear semi-abandoned. The exact building that served as the presidential residence is unclear from available sources. There is also a helipad on the ground, likely used by CKS.
