A small Shinto shrine built on the side of a modest hill of nearly the same name (加走山) just north of the main settlement in Changbin, Taitung, in October 1927. Kakacawan, as it was known in the Amis Indigenous language, was renamed Nagahama in 1937, and presumably the shrine would have also been renamed Nagahama-shi (長濱祠). In the post-war era the characters were retained and given a Mandarin reading as Changbin. The stone pedestal can still be found in the undergrowth along with at least two stone lantern bases.
