My last two weeks in Tainan before shipping out; took a scooter trip to the mountains of Lugu; set out on a short bicycle tour of southern Taiwan, reaching Qishan and Meinong before calling it quits due to the heat; made up for that by riding a scooter from Changhua to Tianxiang in Taroko Gorge by way of Hehuanshan in Nantou; hunkered down for Typhoon Matmo; made an interesting visit to Changhua City; and spent a few days in Ximending in Taipei before heading out.
