A combined office and staff dormitory built between 1947 and 1949, notable for its zongpu (總舖) raised sleeping platform in the rear living quarters. This traditional Japanese colonial era domestic layout was rarely used in post-war public buildings, making it an unusual example of early post-war construction still following pre-war conventions. A calendar inside stopped at 1988, suggesting when the building fell out of use. Demolished in the early 2020s.
