A former pumping facility on the Erfeng Canal (二峰圳), which stretches across the plains through Neipu to Laiyi. Originally built in 1928, it was equipped with four diesel-powered pumps. It went out of service around 1982, as the intake valve had silted up and the facilities were old. A new pumping station was built a little further north around the same time. More officially known as the Wandan Canal No. 1 Pumping Machine Room (萬丹圳第一抽水廠機房).
