A traditional Minnan-style sanheyuan belonging to Xu Shiqing (徐石慶), an influential local figure who worked at Xihu Sugar Factory and raised funds to establish Xihu-za (溪湖座), the first performance venue in town, in 1929. After a long period of neglect it was demolished in 2020 and replaced by a block of modern apartments.
