A three-storey Shōwa era residence completed by members of the Lin family in 1935. Decades later it was rented out and the condition of the old mansion became extremely dilapidated. In 2009 a complicated revitalization effort got under way, frustrated by the fact that there were now 62 shareholders of the old building. Over the course of 2010s restoration work proceeded and by 2016 it was converted into the Bangka branch of Starbucks.
