A monument erected in Japanese colonial times to honor police officers who perished in the line of duty. It is located on a ridge line just north of the main road entering Shenkeng from the west but is heavily overgrown and requires some climbing and bushwhacking to reach. As with many colonial monuments the main inscription has been cemented over. There are some other damaged relics in the vicinity.
