A multi-use facility that began as a sawmill in 1958. In 1962 a water wheel was added to mill rice along with a tobacco curing chamber. Rural electrification reduced demand and it went out of business in 1976. After several decades of abandonment it was declared a heritage property and refurbished, but public operations were not sustained beyond 2013.
