A riverside complex just off County Road 151 in Lugu, Nantou. Most of the buildings emulate Minnan architecture but are constructed out of reinforced concrete. It seems to have been in a semi-abandoned state since the early 2000s although the front part of the property might still be in use as the hot springs resort.
According to local lore, the compound belonged to a tea-trading family whose product was once renowned, but in-fighting left the site derelict. It is unclear whether the name for this entry is accurate.
