A Japanese colonial era police garrison established around the Tayal community of K’babaw in the 1920s. It was located approximately 1,200 meters above sea level in the mountains of Yilan between Jinyang Community and Liuxing Community. Only the stone foundation remains. Stone steps leading up to an artillery position can also be found in the vicinity. Also written as K’babaw (庫巴玻) with a different character in the third position.
