Ayutthaya

Ayutthaya is a historic city in central Thailand. Founded in 1351, it was the capital of Siam for centuries until it was sacked by the Burmese in 1767. Nowadays the ruins of the old city form a vast historic park filled with crumbling temples and monuments.
