Sorry for the gore but this is part of life in Taiwan. Walk around a market area before dawn and you'll inevitably see delivery trucks filled with carcasses. These are dropped off at small-scale butchers who cut orders for the day. Where I'm from all of this happens out of sight, behind closed doors. Here in Taiwan it's out on the street for all to see.
